We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teaching staff, therapeutic practitioners, and other support professionals to provide a safe, consistent, and empowering learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
- Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and social development through therapeutic approaches
- Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving personalised targets
- Build trusting relationships and provide consistent, empathetic responses to behaviour
- Help maintain a safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment
