We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Sales Support team as a Sales Support Executive. You will organise the setup of new business initiatives for Key Client Accounts, Account Managers, and the Senior Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deadline Driven: Prioritise tasks to meet crucial deadlines and targets efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Manage email correspondence, ensuring the team stays informed of all developments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee site compliance in alignment with regulatory bodies and internal procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop site plans to support the Validations, Appeals, and Wardens teams.
- Service Coordination: Schedule installations for the Service Delivery team using relevant programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Client Focused: Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
