At Sycamores, we're looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated people to join our friendly team as Support Workers. Sycamores is a cosy, welcoming eight-bedroom home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The home is fully accessible and offers a calm, homely environment where the people we support can feel safe, happy and valued. Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom, with shared living spaces, sensory facilities and outdoor areas that create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting personal care and daily living activities
