We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our team and scale these commercial programmes across the UK and internationally.
What You’ll Do
- Drive proactive outbound prospecting across HR, Talent, Leadership and ED&I markets
- Build, manage and convert a high‑quality pipeline from scratch
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow‑up and close
- Win individual seats, group bookings and corporate cohorts
- Host online programme overviews and taster sessions
- Achieve weekly seat targets (discussed at interview)
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (L&D, HR tech, SaaS or professional services ideal)
- Strong track record of hunting and winning new business
- Confident selling to HR Directors, Talent Leads and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily and generating pipeline independently
- Skilled at running compelling virtual demos and programme overviews
- Commercially sharp, proactive and persistent
- Ambitious, confident and motivated by high earnings

What You’ll Earn
- Base salary: £50,000 per annum
- Commission: Paid per seat sold on each programme, with weekly targets. Full commission structure will be shared at the interview stage.
