Fooditude are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who is knowledgeable and passionate about all things food! Our Kitchen Supervisor will work with the onsite catering team to run the breakfast and lunch service for a workplace restaurant for our fantastic client.
Our Kitchen Supervisor will need a vast reservoir of knowledge on how to prepare basic food items and understand a range of global cuisines, along with knife skills and sharp attention to detail. We provide a daily changing menu with exciting dishes and cuisines, so this is the perfect role for a foodie! The role will also be involved in making a meaningful impact by taking part in our food waste project.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday, with shift pattern 6:30am - 3pm.
This role is perfect for someone who shares our passion for food but wants no weekend work!
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices
- Basic cooking and knife skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and people skills to lead the kitchen service and team
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
