Fooditude is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at our exciting client site in the City of London. If you’re passionate about bold flavours, thrive in a client site’s kitchen, and love working with fresh ingredients, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. We provide a daily changing menu packed with diverse cuisines and fresh food for staff lunches. Our Junior Sous Chef will play a vital role in bringing our daily-changing menus to life. You’ll be responsible for making sure the buffet display looks incredible and keep our high standards throughout the service to ensure every plate is something to be proud of.

What we’re looking for:

  • Catering/hospitality experience
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about diverse and freshly-cooked meals
  • Keen eye for detail and food presentation and a commitment to high standards
  • Competent with paperwork, stock ordering and record keeping

We’re offering our Junior Sous Chef:
