  • Accurately post receipts and payments while maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Respond to finance queries and assist with invoices, expenses, and month-end tasks; maintain organised digital and physical finance records.
  • Escalate discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and provide general administrative support; assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable working with financial data and numbers.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in finance, accounts, banking, or office administration (desirable).
