Raise the Bar is one of the UK’s leading leadership, management and people development companies, trusted by global brands to build capability at every level of their organisation. We partner with some of the UK’s most recognisable organisations to deliver impactful learning experiences, alongside representing over 700 of the world’s leading speakers and thought leaders. We are a high-performance, people-first business where results are recognised and rewarded — offering genuine autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career.

Why This Role is Different

We're building a modern marketing function around content, campaigns, events, AI and audience growth. Not “marketing” in the boring corporate sense. Actual marketing. The kind where ideas become campaigns quickly, webinars become moments, content actually gets seen, and your contribution genuinely matters.

The Role

This is a new role where you'll help run the content and campaign engine behind the business — working directly with leadership and commercial teams, not buried three layers down in a corporate structure. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and is offered on a hybrid-remote basis, where you will need to be office based at least 2 days per week in Knowsley (L34 1PJ).

What You’ll Do

  • Launch webinars & online events
  • Turn ideas into social content
  • Work with podcasts & video
  • Build audience engagement
  • Experiment with AI tools
  • Keep campaigns moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who loves creating & editing content
  • Uses AI tools daily and is curious about AI’s possibilities
  • Loves podcasts, social and content trends
  • Enjoys working autonomously and with initiative
  • Is comfortable operating in a fast moving environment with evolving priorities
  • Likes experimenting with new tools and technologies
  • Is curious about how AI can improve content, workflows and productivity

Why Join Raise the Bar?

We're a company that lives its values. That means:

  • Energy - bringing positivity and passion to everything we do.
  • Growth - investing in your development, as much as our learners'.
  • Collaboration - working as one dynamic, supportive team.
  • Innovation - leading the way in how apprenticeships are delivered.

Alongside being part of a passionate and forward-thinking team, you'll also enjoy:

  • Flexible working approach and culture (core hours and flexitime)
  • Enhanced annual leave and Special Occasion Leave
  • Wellbeing support from day 1 including Virtual GP & Counselling for you and your family
