Set in a beautiful location overlooking the stunning Holme Valley, Rowan Court is a welcoming 15-bed community home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. With panoramic views, peaceful surroundings and a real family feel, Rowan Court is a place where people feel at home, and where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together. The Role
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting with personal care where required

Previous experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship to work in the UK. Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy. We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
