We're looking for an experienced
HR People Partner to join our People Team.

What you'll be doing
As our HR People Partner, you'll provide expert advice and coaching to managers across our UK and Ireland retail estate and support functions.
You'll partner closely with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions while ensuring our people are treated fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
Your responsibilities will include
- Independently managing a varied employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and welfare matters.
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management and decision-making.
- Supporting business change, restructures and organisational development initiatives.
- Building trusted relationships with managers across the business.
- Delivering engaging HR training and workshops.
- Promoting colleague engagement, wellbeing and an inclusive working environment.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and people processes.
- Monitoring HR trends and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting recruitment activity, interviewing and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Contributing to wider People Team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines excellent employment law knowledge with a pragmatic, people-focused approach, whilst keeping business objectives in mind.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or HR People Partner role.
- Strong employee relations experience managing complex cases independently, coupled with an astute commercial mindset
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong IT and HR systems skills.
