This is more than a housing role.
You’ll be the steady, trusted presence for people living in our supported accommodation — helping them move from simply having a place to stay, to building the confidence, skills and independence to truly live well in their own home.
You’ll balance people-focused support with excellent housing practice, ensuring homes are safe, tenancies are well managed, and people are empowered to thrive.
A calm professional in challenging situations, and a positive role model. Someone who sees strengths, not just needs.
What we’re looking for;
- Someone who can build trusting, respectful relationships with people of different ages and backgrounds
- Experience within a housing or support based role
- An understanding of, and commitment towards the principles of safeguarding
- The ability to communicate effectively with the people we support, with colleagues, and with professionals
- Someone solution-focused, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
