Class Technology Solutions (CTS) is a specialist IT support and technology solutions provider for the education sector, helping schools and trusts create secure, reliable and future‑ready digital learning environments. As part of a wider European group, we are entering an exciting period of transformation and growth, bringing together our Managed Services and Devices‑as‑a‑Service propositions under one clear Digital Readiness approach. This role will play a key part in shaping how we take that story to market, helping schools plan, adopt and sustain technology programmes that support teaching, learning and long‑term digital strategy.
This is an exciting time to join CTS as we strengthen our UK market presence, build the foundations for sustainable growth and create a more connected proposition. We are looking for a commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead the UK go‑to‑market strategy for our Digital Readiness proposition, helping schools and trusts plan, adopt and sustain effective technology programmes. This is a senior, hands‑on marketing role with real ownership. You will lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns that generate demand, build pipeline and strengthen our position in the UK education technology market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead UK marketing activity for our Digital Readiness proposition, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
- Accelerate market growth for our Devices‑as‑a‑Service offer, positioning it as a natural starting point for schools’ digital investment.
- Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, website, events and partner channels.
- Create clear, audience‑specific messaging for schools, trusts, IT leaders, teachers, parents and families.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns translate into meaningful conversations, opportunities and commercial outcomes.
- Produce campaign narratives, customer‑facing assets, sales enablement materials and proposition messaging.
- Use insight, campaign data and funnel performance to optimise activity and support better commercial decision‑making.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider international group, making effective use of existing assets while adapting messaging for the UK education market.
- Brief and manage agencies, freelancers or external partners where required.
- Help move the UK business towards a more joined‑up Digital Readiness approach, reducing siloed activity and creating a consistent market presence.
Requirements:
- Strong B2B marketing experience, including demand generation and go‑to‑market campaign delivery.
- Experience taking multi‑offer or services‑led propositions to market.
- A commercial mindset, with confidence using marketing activity to support pipeline, revenue growth and measurable outcomes.
- The ability to create clear, compelling messaging for different audiences.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
- Confidence operating with autonomy, pace and accountability.
- Experience marketing technology, services or solutions‑based propositions.
- Strong campaign planning, content development and performance management skills.
- The ability to manage external partners, agencies or freelancers effectively.
Experience in the education, public sector or technology services market would be beneficial, but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We are committed to providing an inclusive recruitment process and will consider reasonable adjustments for candidates who need them during the application or interview process.
