What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Sales Administration team, you’ll help keep our sales operation running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day administration and coordination
- Processing and confirming new customer orders
- Raising and monitoring tickets for the sales team
- Logging and tracking customer fault tickets alongside the Service Desk
- Managing departmental inboxes and allocating tasks efficiently
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, documentation and customer databases
- Supporting reporting requirements and monitoring deal progression
- Updating quotations and reissuing customer paperwork
- Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings
- Raising purchase orders and completing associated administration
- Supporting customer onboarding and handovers to Account Management
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
