Support Worker (Adult Learning Disabilities)

Hours: Full time (37.5 hrs)

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship to work in the UK, and we do ask that you have at least 6 months of UK based work experience in any sector.

At Rowan Court, within Hollybank Trust, we support young people and adults with complex disabilities to live safe, fulfilled and meaningful lives. Join our dedicated team and help create a fun, caring, and supportive environment for our residents while ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the day.

Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court can accommodate fifteen adults in en-suite rooms. Set across three floors, the people who live here share communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens. The views from the two balconies are breath‑taking and it’s just a short walk into the centre of Holmfirth.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine commitment to supporting adults with complex disabilities
  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff
  • Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential.
