We're looking for a passionate and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging learning activities and support students' progress.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and independence.
- Monitor, assess, and record student achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and high expectations for every student.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, SEMH, or ASD.
- A caring, resilient, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
