About Saepio
Cyber security isn’t an add-on to IT. It’s a specialist discipline. That’s why modern UK organisations separate the teams who run systems from those who protect them. And it’s why they choose Saepio. We’re one of the UK’s most recognised cyber specialists and an NCSC Assured Service Provider, working with over 1,000 organisations who trust us to help them:
- Cut through noise and see their real risk
- Align policy, people and technology into one coherent strategy
- Mature security operations without adding unnecessary complexity
- Build cyber resilience that stands up to real-world pressure
The Role
Saepio is growing fast, and so is the volume of high-intent engagement coming through campaigns, events, thought leadership and strategic partnerships. Move organisations from awareness into meaningful commercial conversation. You’ll take accounts who are showing interest and turn that early curiosity into qualified discovery, genuine intent and real pipeline opportunity.
You sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, turning attention into revenue by:
- Engaging prospects early
- Qualifying interest with intelligence and context
- Identifying real buying triggers
- Positioning Saepio’s specialist value in a crowded market
- Progressing MQLs into truly Sales-Ready Opportunities
This is not a script-reading role. It’s strategic business development inside one of the UK’s fastest-rising cyber brands.
About You
You’re organised, proactive, and love bringing order to busy environments. You take pride in well-documented, neatly structured work and get genuine satisfaction from helping a team deliver their best. You communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues. You’re fastidious in your attention to detail. You stay calm and focused, even when priorities shift or things get busy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow up on accounts engaging across events, campaigns, webinars, content and intent signals
- Ask sharp questions that uncover pain, priority and timing
- Use enrichment tools (Cognism/Apollo/LinkedIn Sales Nav/AI workflows) to build contact intelligence
- Tailor outreach around context, not templates
- Move accounts through the funnel
- Qualify accounts against need, urgency, fit and internal drivers
- Book discovery meetings that create real opportunities for Account Managers
- Engage intelligently with personalised LinkedIn messaging, email sequences, video snippets and phone calls
- Follow up after events, webinars and major campaigns
- Position Saepio’s specialist value vs. generalist IT providers people already use
- Collaborate with Sales
- Hand over opportunities with clear notes, context and recommendations
- Feed key insights back to marketing to sharpen campaigns
- Help Sales prioritise outreach based on intent and likelihood to move
What Good Looks Like
You’re curious, commercially sharp and switched on. You listen more than you pitch. You ask smart questions. You learn fast. You’re confident speaking to senior stakeholders. Not reckless, not timid. But credible. You understand how buyers buy. And you’re excited to help move them through that journey. You’re proactive and structured. You know how to manage a pipeline, run your day, and keep momentum. You’re hungry to grow. This is a role for someone who wants to accelerate quickly inside a high-growth company.
