Our specialist products provide an essential protein source for key suppliers within the pet food industry.
The Role
We are currently looking for a Night Shift HGV Driver to join our Transport team at our Cheddleton depot moving raw material across the country to and from various locations.
We are looking for drivers who:
- Are safety focused and are able to undertake tasks safely and professionally.
- Can present a positive image to our customers.
- Have a strong knowledge of UK road networks and geography.
- Take pride in their vehicle, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Knowledge of digital tachographs and FTA regulations.
- Competent in the role and can deal with daily challenges of transport.
- A strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Class 1 driving licence
- Hold a driver CPC
This is a Night shift role working on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday nights. It has an approx. start time of 18.00pm, working a 10+ hour shift. Flexibility is required within these working hours to meet the requirements of the business.
Pay: £19.38 per hour
