We aim to be the most innovative, pragmatic and fast-growing environmental consultancy in the UK. Our services include terrestrial ecology, freshwater ecology, ecological contracting, arboricultural services, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping, and environmental impact assessments.

We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills to coordinate resources for ecologists across the department.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to projects and respond to changing circumstances such as project changes and absence to ensure continued project delivery.
  • Ensure ecologists have the right equipment in the field.
  • Monitor the maintenance programme for equipment across all offices, making optimal use of the kit and ensuring it is in the right place when needed.
Requirements
  • Confident and forward‑thinking, with the ability to multitask whilst staying calm under pressure.
  • Experience working in a planning & logistics environment or an ecology consultancy, demonstrating either planning expertise or knowledge of ecological surveys.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, able to build trust and confidence, and resolve conflict with an outcome‑focused working style.
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, able to prioritise in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
