As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations. You will assist with appointment coordination and ensure all clinical areas meet strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff. Your contribution will be essential in delivering an efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused service.

Please note our service operates seven days a week. This role requires flexibility to work across Monday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled in line with service requirements.

This is a mobile role based in Gloucester. Your primary clinic locations will be Aspen Medical Centre, Cirencester Hospital, Tewkesbury Hospital and The Wilson Centre. While your primary clinic locations will be within the Gloucestershire area, occasional travel to nearby clinic sites may be required to support service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when capturing and handling patient data
  • Confident using IT systems and digital platforms
  • Previous healthcare or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and taking pride in your work

You will be enrolled on our comprehensive training programme from day one, which will equip you with the knowledge and technical skills required for the role.

The Role Details:

  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (including travel time)
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday

  • Competitive salary based on a full-time equivalent salary of £28,641 upon completion of a successful probation
  • Travel allowance: 55p per mile
