Position

As a Sales Professional for Live Chat you will be responsible for providing 'cut above' customer support via live chat, email, and outbound phone calls. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products while maximizing sales opportunities. The Sales Professional will have a strong understanding of Chisholm Hunter’s products, sales processes, and compliance requirements while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with customers via live chat, email, and phone to provide outstanding service and sales support.
  • Maintaining departmental KPIs including process accuracy, customer satisfaction, response times and sales.
  • Build genuine relationships, manage expectations, and deliver on promises.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell products, including our exclusive insurance packages.
  • Become an expert in our luxury jewellery range and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and GDPR regulations.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous retail experience would be advantageous
  • Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
