We’re looking for a detail-driven Purchase Ledger Advisor to play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a passion for precision, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process purchase invoices, match them to delivery notes and purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Produce daily and weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with store and department managers to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
- Fully sponsor employees to complete their JET qualification and reward them when they pass.
