We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance leadership team. Based in Glasgow and reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision making, and helping the business achieve its growth ambitions. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling 12-month forecasting cycle
- Develop meaningful financial models that improve forecasting accuracy and business understanding
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers
- Partner closely with Regional Directors and operational leaders to support delivery of budgets and financial targets
- Provide commercial insight to support tendering and business development activities
- Challenge assumptions and help improve the quality of financial reporting and forecasting across the organisation
- Work alongside the CFO and Finance Director on strategic projects and business initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and forecasting systems.

What We're Looking For
- We're seeking someone who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial awareness, drive and excellent stakeholder management.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent financial analysis experience)
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders
- The confidence to challenge, influence, and drive better business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
