Pacifica is looking for a Gas-Qualified Trainee White Goods Engineer to join our field-based team in King's Lynn. If you already hold CCN1 and CKR1 and want to develop your engineering skills, we'll provide full, fully funded training to become a skilled domestic appliance engineer. No previous white goods experience is required.

What You'll Learn

You'll receive structured training to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic appliances, including:

  • Washing machines
  • Dishwashers
  • Electric cookers
  • Gas cookers

You'll build your technical knowledge through a combination of formal training, practical experience and ongoing support from experienced engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances
  • Use your developing mechanical, electrical and gas skills to identify faults
  • Carry out repairs safely, efficiently and professionally
  • Use our engineer software to manage jobs and record repair details
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to customers
  • Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training and mentoring

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous white goods experience. We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds CCN1 and CKR1 Gas Qualifications – essential
  • Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Is confident using hand tools
  • Has practical, hands-on mechanical or electrical skills
  • Is comfortable working independently in customers' homes
  • Has good communication and customer service skills
  • Is motivated to learn and develop a new technical skill set
