This field‑based role covers the City of London, Crawley and the South East; you’ll be out on the road each day delivering expert repairs and peace of mind in customers’ homes and workplaces.
The Role
- Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wood and other furniture items
- Deliver high‑quality, professional repairs with a customer‑first approach
- Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly
- Work towards first‑visit resolution and quality targets
- Promote care kits where appropriate
- Maintain your vehicle, tools and presentation to a high standard
- Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
- Hands‑on repair experience, ideally with furniture, wood or leather
- Confidence working in customers’ homes and representing the business professionally
- Beneficial
