About the Role
As a result of our ongoing development, our Wash division is hiring two permanent Field Service Engineers to cover the South of England and South Coast. As a Field Service Engineer with TSG UK, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers’ commercial wash equipment operating at its very best. From diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to installing brand-new systems, you’ll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to keep their operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on commercial wash equipment.
- Install brand-new systems.
- Provide expert support to customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Work independently and as part of a team, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong technical awareness, with experience or interest in mechanics, electronics, or engineering.
- Foundational mechanical and/or electrical understanding.
- Proactive, dependable, confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and pride in delivering outstanding service.
- Valid UK driving license.
