Job Overview

As a Field Service Technician with TSG UK, you’re part of a nationwide progressive team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing crucial systems that keep our clients’ forecourts fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, and install field service equipment and systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical components.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and document service reports and maintenance schedules.
  • Support system upgrades and installations based on emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Valid UK driving licence (manual).
  • Excellent mechanical and/or electrical foundational knowledge.
  • Good communication and written skills.
