Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician with TSG UK, you’re part of a nationwide progressive team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing crucial systems that keep our clients’ forecourts fully operational.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and install field service equipment and systems at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical components.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Prepare and document service reports and maintenance schedules.
- Support system upgrades and installations based on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid UK driving licence (manual).
- Excellent mechanical and/or electrical foundational knowledge.
- Good communication and written skills.
