What You'll Be Doing
As our Retail Volunteering Co‑ordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering a positive and effective volunteer experience across our retail locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and Growing Our Volunteer Team
- Leading local and digital volunteer recruitment activities across our retail operations.
- Supporting advertising campaigns and developing partnerships with community groups, organisations, and other volunteer referral sources.
- Identifying innovative ways to attract and retain volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
- Delivering an Outstanding Volunteer Experience
- Ensuring every volunteer enjoys a welcoming, consistent, and engaging journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing involvement.
