Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools are looking for Qualified Educators to join the team. Positions available at Brook Green Miss Daisy's settings. Monday‑Friday 8am‑1pm, Fixed term, Part‑time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0‑5
- Plan and implement EYFS‑appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
