Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling
  • Supervise and support front line operational teams
  • Monitor patrol equipment and performance
  • Manage time and attendance systems
  • Respond to incidents including key holding and alarm activations
  • Participate and advise in development of staff and strategic planning
  • Monitor and oversee contingency planning of manpower
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
  • Collect, disseminate, and distribute to operational managers all information regarding operational issues, which require immediate attention. Expedite follow up action as required to resolve such problems
  • Address and resolve customer and client queries professionally
  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate systems and data
  • Ensure staff hours are managed in line with the European working time directive

Candidate Requirements:

  • Full clean UK Driving licence essential
  • Front line SIA licence Desirable however training can be provided to the right candidate
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Flexible and reliable approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in the English language
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
