What you’ll do

  • Working closely with the Heads of Architecture/Architectural Technology, Project Management, Commercial, and design teams, you will ensure design information is planned, coordinated and delivered on programme, to the required quality standards and in accordance with statutory, contractual and client requirements.
  • You will coordinate consultant and subcontractor information, maintain design trackers, facilitate technical reviews, support buildability discussions and ensure the timely flow of information across all project stakeholders.

  • The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • You will help maintain quality assurance processes, BIM and document control standards, and proactively manage design risks throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring

  • A proactive approach, strong technical and software skills, together with a sound understanding of construction processes and the RIBA Plan of Work, are essential.
