If completing your professional qualifications, we will of course support you in this regard and would anticipate that you be able to finalise your chartered qualifications (i.e. CTA). We provide ongoing training to develop your ‘soft’ skills such as coaching and leadership, as well as access to Croner-i’s CPD and technical library and some elements of Mercia.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation of a broad range of Tax Returns, varying in complexity.
- Review of basic Tax Returns and other compliance documents.
- Assist with training the team and providing constructive feedback and guidance on work.

- Identify opportunities for tax planning and communicate them to the management team.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance tax knowledge and awareness of tax legislation.
- Engage in business development, promoting Affinia and its services to both existing and potential clients.
Professional skills / qualifications:
- Qualified (ATT) or close to qualifying.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, including a wide range of stakeholders within the business.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong core knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Core Benefits:
