As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our Project Services division to deliver projects to completion - ensuring they are on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, exceeding expectations wherever possible. We pride ourselves on nurturing talent and fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Position

  • Support the delivery teams to ensure the team achieve contractual KPI's
  • Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and associated documents onto the client’s CAFM and local folders
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and competent manner, according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the contract(s)
  • Provide a client focus to communicate all queries, updates and expectations around KPI's and contractual agreements
  • Liaise with supervisors on outstanding work
  • Promote personal and wider health
