- AI – actively embed AI tools, including proprietary Verdantix platforms and licensed third‑party solutions into research and analytical workflows to enhance speed, depth and quality of output
- Commercial development – driven by strong commercial acumen, identify and surface commercial growth opportunities within active client relationships, contributing to account development alongside the engagement lead

- Stellar communication skills – exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced tooling proficiency – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and add‑ons (Thinkcell); advanced Excel skills are expected; familiarity, curiosity and openness about AI and how such tools are used in a professional services or advisory context
- Education – educated to at least BA/BSc level; a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc, PhD) is desirable
- Professionalism – high ethical standards and professional integrity
