Your Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our residents’ daily lives, supporting not just their care needs, but also emotional reassurance, happiness and wellbeing too. You’ll help residents:

  • Feel comfortable, safe, and respected
  • Stay engaged through meaningful conversations and activities
  • Maintain their independence wherever possible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness

  • Keeping clear and accurate care records
