Hollybank Trust, founded in 1954, has achieved a reputation for attaining very high care standards, working with children, young people, and adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. We are a dynamic, forward-thinking, and progressive organisation with a person-centred approach encompassing everything we do. We operate from four sites including Holmfirth, South Kirkby, Barnsley, and Mirfield.
We are now looking for a proactive, highly organised, and committed Clinical Quality Officer to join us on a full-time basis. You will be the lead on IPC and ensure robust medications management by having oversight of clinical risk in our nursing and residential services.
As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will also contribute to embedding positive behaviour support practices within our teams and services, ensuring the safety of our children, young people, and adults.
What do you need?
- You must be RNLD/RGN or NA qualified with an active NMC PIN to apply for this role.
- Previous experience of working with regulatory bodies e.g. Ofsted and CQC.
- Experience of quality management processes, root cause analysis, and report writing.
- Experience of Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
- A passionate interest in working with adults with multiple disabilities/additional needs.
