We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Friendly and professional first point of contact with excellent telephone manner
- Detail‑oriented and highly organised handling of administrative tasks
- Driven by delivering excellent customer service
- Adaptable to fast‑paced healthcare environment and willing to learn and grow
Qualifications (any of the following)
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)
Experience
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Comfort engaging with medical professionals and patients
- Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems
Skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Benefits
- Salary: £26,437.00 per year (40 hours/week)
- Schedule: 8‑hour shifts between 08:00 – 18:30, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday mornings
