Responsibilities:

  • Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers
  • Raising and processing of weekly and monthly sales invoices to our client
  • Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation
  • Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submissions
  • Production and maintenance of detailed process flow documents
  • Participation in the team telephone rota, to include taking payment of excesses by credit card adhering to all Company GDPR guidelines
  • Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department

As a Finance Administrator for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for prompt and accurate settlement of clinic invoices to ensure our Network Providers are paid on time.

Monthly invoicing raised within our Company Service Level Agreements

Collection and processing of Customer Excess payments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills essential (written & verbal)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work to strict monthly deadlines
