What You Will Do:
- Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
- Visit customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
- Use a mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
- Record and manage job details using in‑house engineer software.
- Follow guidance from a mentor while building skills and confidence.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Continuously develop technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.
