Hours: Between Monday to Sunday 8am – 10pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce a high quality of food in line with olimera menus in an efficient manner.
  • Meet all regulations and standards, follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
  • Maintain clean and tidy work environment.
  • Work well with others and be a team player.
  • Ensure kitchen is prepared for peak times.

  • A charismatic, energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and high standards.
  • Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a multi‑function team.
