The busy Treetops team are looking for a new Catering Operative to join them and enable them to continue to provide excellent customer service to the people who live and work at Hollybank.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare hot meals, salads, sandwiches, potato products and sauces, including assembling food items, baking and preparing cooked items to service standards.
  • Comply with food safety, health and safety and COSHH legislation and Trust policies and procedures.
  • Manage stock and place orders to ensure correct levels of stock are maintained in line service instructions, keeping waste to a minimum.
  • Cash handling including daily cashing up and balancing of float.
  • To follow service instructions ensuring standards are kept high.
  • Cleaning to a standard required to maintain a 5* rating.
