About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of the Stores department, leading your team to deliver their best work through effective coaching and guidance. You will ensure the smooth running of all stores activities, from the accurate receipt and verification of goods to maintaining clear and precise documentation. With a keen eye for detail, you will uphold system accuracy and process control, overseeing cycle counting procedures and the annual stock take. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be key, alongside managing KPIs, conducting audits, and maintaining robust stock control. You will also carry out root‑cause analysis where required and communicate any shortages to procurement. Strong computer skills are essential, and while experience with Syspro is an advantage, full training will be provided.
