Our Head of lending is looking for a Mortgage Sales & Partnerships Manager, to champion our mortgage sales, specialist lending and partnership strategy. You’ll lead and energise our teams, elevate service standards, and strengthen the relationships that power our growth across every channel.
What you’ll be driving:
- Lead and inspire our mortgage sales and specialist lending teams—building a culture where momentum, accountability and customer outcomes thrive.
- Deliver sustainable growth across all distribution channels, achieving targets while protecting the Society’s risk appetite and long-term strategy.
- Champion competitive propositions by translating market intelligence and sales insight into commercially viable products and lending criteria.
- Bring discipline and clarity to performance management, governance and decision-making across lending activity.
