Our Head of Customer Engagement is looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant, forward-looking professional Team Leader with previous experience to support the growth of The Cambridge and build meaningful relationships within the local community. As Team Lead, you will bring energy and motivate Customer Engagement Advisers, who report directly into you. You will be accountable for your location, business performance and your team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving success, empowering your team and making a positive impact in the community you support. You will thrive within a fast-paced, changing environment with dynamic responsibilities that require an individual with attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Salary and working hours
- Starting Salary: £30,000.00 Per Annum.
- Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week) + 26 Saturdays per year 9am – 1pm
- You are required to work a minimum of 26 Saturdays per year, which is paid at an enhanced rate. This means that you can increase your basic annual pay by £1,518 - £2,687 depending on the Saturday opening hours for each location.
The Cambridge will reward you with:

- You will also have the option on an annual basis to purchase an additional 5 days holiday
