HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As we expand our high‑performing sales team, we’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive ready to make a real impact, driving new business, building influential relationships nationally, and championing market‑leading Anti‑Money Laundering technology that sets the industry standard. VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive Prospecting: While benefiting from inbound enquiries, you will actively generate new opportunities through structured outreach, including a minimum of 30 targeted cold calls per day, networking and strategic self‑sourcing of prospects.
  • Expert Product Advocacy: Build and maintain in‑depth knowledge of our AML and IDV solutions, confidently articulating their commercial and regulatory value while clearly demonstrating how they solve the evolving compliance challenges.
  • Consultative New Business Approach: Adopt a consultative, insight‑led sales methodology, probing effectively to uncover client pain points, aligning solutions to their specific regulatory and operational needs, delivering tailored proposals that drive measurable value.
  • Market & Competitive Awareness: Remain informed on sector trends, AML regulatory developments, and competitor activity to strengthen market positioning and proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market messaging, effective campaign follow‑up, and seamless client onboarding.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through consistent CRM updates, delivering regular sales reports, activity tracking, and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Target‑Driven Performance: Operate as a true new business hunter, taking full ownership of achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Sales Success: A minimum of 2 years’ successful experience in a target‑driven sales environment with a consistent track record of meeting & exceeding revenue and new business targets.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Identity Verification (IDV) solutions is advantageous, particularly within the legal or regulated sectors.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders and deliver persuasive, value‑led presentations and demonstrations.
  • Driven & Resilient: A proactive, self‑motivated self‑starter who thrives in a new business environment, demonstrating resilience, determination, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Technically Confident: Comfortable navigating technology platforms, with the aptitude to quickly understand and articulate the technical and commercial benefits of AML and IDV solutions.
