As part of our continued growth we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team based at our head office in Aldridge.
Responsibilities:
- Processing transactions
- Reconciling accounts to statements
- Resolving any queries
- Being proactive and staying on top of statements
- Completing payment runs for authorisation & checking
- Negotiating contracts
- Supporting the wider finance team when required
Qualifications:
- AAT qualification preferred but not essential
- At least 2 years experience in a Purchase Ledger role
