About the role – Care Assistant (Days & Nights)
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, comfort and as much independence as possible. Your duties will include:
- Providing all aspects of personal care
- Assisting residents to and from bed
- Completing hourly checks (on night shifts)
- Supporting residents to take part in meaningful and engaging activities
- Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and homely environment
We would prefer you to hold a Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent), but this is not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience and the right values.
You will receive a full induction, ongoing support and regular training to help you feel confident in your role and develop your skills.
About you
We are looking for Care Assistants (and those who may wish to progress to Team Leader roles) who can demonstrate:

- A caring, patient and friendly nature
- The ability to work well within a team
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

An enhanced DBS will be required, the cost of which will be met by Clarendon Care Support Ltd, subject to terms and conditions.
