Ilmor is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader to oversee day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities with a hands-on approach in our Brixworth site.
You will lead by example to drive standardisation, problem-solving and continuous improvement across the department.
You will ensure procedures, process controls and documentation are accurate and up to date, support quotations and project planning, and collaborate with scheduling to improve workflow and output.
