IPRS PFAS is seeking a Clinical Trainer & Functional Assessor to blend clinical expertise with training delivery, supporting new entrants as they progress through Stage 1–3. You will assess competency, provide feedback, and foster a strong learning culture to ensure high-quality, person-centred assessments across the team.
You will lead Stage 1 & 2 training sessions, coach trainees, and work collaboratively with clinical and support colleagues. A strong CPD record and PIP experience are required.
