Responsible for 3 sites, you will work closely with the Operations Managers, Head of ESG and the QSHE Manager to ensure that building and building services are managed efficiently, effectively and in safe conditions.
Other key responsibilities:
- Ensure PPM schedule is in place and adhered to.
- Ensure timely maintenance is carried out on all plant equipment for the company.
- Manage facilities aspects of Safety Culture database system, ensuring data is logged and kept up to date, including approved contractor register.
- As required, source new contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance, renovations, waste disposal and security.
- Responsible for new projects and changes to existing facilities.
- Control of, and raising Purchase Orders, clearance of associated invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Outline strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs and forecasting all facilities future needs.
- Develop and monitor facilities budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with all facility health and safety and security protocols.
- Waste control management in accordance with ISO14001:2015.
- Work closely with Head of ESG to support initiatives and projects aligned to improving our credentials and creating sustainable practices.

Experienced in facilities management with trade skills (plumbing, electronics, carpentry), you have an adaptable style able to turn your hand to most things. Problem solving is your strength, in addition to operating as the point person for PPM and contractor/supplier management.
You will also have a commercial mindset – able to manage your budget while also seeking cost savings where possible through in-house remedies.
You will also have a flair for communication and teamwork, working across 3 sites you will be comfortable organising your workload without supervision. Operating with integrity and with your customer in mind your goal will be to ensure the working environment is safe and properly maintained.
